Credential-tracking trial

A new account starts a free 14-day credential-tracking trial when signup creates the account. No credit card is required. During the trial, you can save and track license, insurance, and permit expiration dates and receive reminders for those dates. Permit filing support is not included in the trial and follows a separate inquiry process.

When day 14 ends, credential-tracking access pauses until the contractor signs in and chooses an available plan. The trial does not automatically activate a paid plan. Plan names and terms are presented only when RivetDocketmax makes them available.

Permit support

Permit-support inquiries are reviewed for the contractor’s trade and project location. RivetDocketmax confirms whether it can support an inquiry before work starts. If permit filing support is agreed, a specialist prepares the filing for contractor review. The contractor must review and approve the completed filing before submission. The permitting authority decides whether to issue a permit. Approval and processing time are not guaranteed.

Account information

Keep the account and credential dates you submit accurate. You can update saved dates from your signed-in account while credential tracking is available.
