CONTRACTOR SERVICE
Inspection coordination support for contractors.
RivetDocketmax helps contractors keep inspection details organized as project work moves forward. Our role is coordination: the relevant authority controls inspection availability and appointment decisions.
A pilot inquiry starts a support discussion; it does not book or schedule an inspection.
WHAT COORDINATION CAN INCLUDE
Keep inspection communication together.
Support is administrative and depends on the project and jurisdiction. It may include coordinating these inspection-related tasks:
Inspection confirmations
Coordinate confirmation details shared by the relevant authority, then help keep your team aligned on the inspection information for the job.
Calendar invites
Organize and share calendar invites using an inspection date and time provided by the authority. An invite records the details received; it does not reserve an appointment.
Reschedule requests
Help relay a contractor’s request to reschedule and organize the authority’s response. The authority decides whether another time is available.
SCHEDULING BOUNDARY
The authority controls inspection availability.
RivetDocketmax provides coordination only. Authorities set availability and determine whether an appointment can be confirmed or changed. We do not promise inspection dates or guaranteed schedules, and we do not automatically book inspections with authorities.
NEXT STEP
Ask whether support fits your project.
Share your trade and project location through the contractor inquiry form. The inquiry is not an inspection booking.
